Hey there! I’m James, a strategic thinker and customer experience enthusiast. I love crafting simple and effective solutions for complex problems, helping some of the biggest brands create memorable user experiences.
My journey into UX started with a curiosity about how people interact with products and a desire to make those interactions smoother and more enjoyable. I want to make people's lives easier. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Experience Design, leading projects for brands like Target, Pfizer, Southwest Airlines, and Verizon.
I’m passionate about making a real impact through my work and enjoy volunteering at hackathons for social good. My main career goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in customer experience and innovation.
Outside of work, you can find me rowing crew, scuba diving, playing rugby, or jamming on the drums.
